About The Purdie Standard™

Built from years inside the world's most demanding households.

The Purdie Standard™ was created after years of working inside private households where recurring challenges were often treated as behavioral problems rather than systems problems.

Through direct experience with parents, children, household staff, and family operations, a clear pattern emerged:

When the system improves, behavior often follows.

Taniqua Purdie, founder of The Purdie Standard™, a household systems consultant serving high-net-worth families.

Why This Work Exists

Families invest heavily in education, enrichment, household support, and wellness.

Yet few have ever evaluated the systems connecting those pieces together.

The result is often recurring behavioral concerns, inconsistent expectations, staff misalignment, communication breakdowns, and daily friction.

The Purdie Standard™ exists to identify those hidden breakdowns and create practical systems that support the entire household.

Meet Taniqua Purdie M.S.

Taniqua Purdie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Couples, Family, and Marital Therapy.

In addition to her academic training, she has spent years working inside high-net-worth households, collaborating closely with parents, children, nannies, housekeepers, estate managers, tutors, and household teams.

This unique combination of education and embedded household experience provides a perspective few consultants possess.

Having worked within the systems she now evaluates, Taniqua understands the realities, complexities, and pressures families face behind closed doors.
